MANCHESTER, N.H.- In a unanimous vote the members of the Pease Development Authority have selected Richard Hartley to become the new director of ports and harbors following the resignation of Geno Marconi.

Prior to this decision Hartley had been serving as Interim director, following the controversy surrounding now former Port Authority Director Geno Marconi which led to him being placed on paid leave.

Marconi’s exit comes as part of his recent plea agreement to a misdemeanor charge of violating the state’s driver license record privacy law regarding PDA member Neil Levesque.
