New Hampshire AG expands efforts to combat robo calls

CONCORD, N.H.- The State Attorney General’s office says it’s expanding its effort to crackdown on illegal robo calls and is now investigating the four major voice service providers.

Thursday’s announcement is part of the Anti-Robocall Multistate Litigation Task Force, formed in 2022 by 51 attorneys general.

The group investigates and pursues companies responsible for large volumes of illegal and fraudulent robocalls entering and moving through the U.S. telephone network.
