MANCHESTER, N.H.- New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbra Hantz Marconi is reportedly expected to plead no contest in after being charged with misusing her position.

According to court documents, Hantz Marconi has negotiated a plea agreement with prosecutors after she was charged with criminal solicitation.

The charges stem from a meeting she had with former Governor Chris Sununu in which she allegedly tried to use her position to influence the case against her husband Geno Marconi, the State’s Port Authority Director.

Officials say the maximum penalty for the charge Hantz Marconi is facing is $1,200 which she has agreed to pay; meanwhile her lawyers claim she didn’t actually break any laws.
