Jess Tyler

Hi, I’m Jess — born and raised in Western Mass, from a town so small it barely hit 600 people. I grew up with horses, dirt roads, showed sheep in 4-H, and yes — I was the 5th-grade spelling bee champion (still undefeated, thank you very much).

I’ve been doing country radio for over 20 years, long enough to know a hit when I hear it and exactly when it needs to be turned up. I live for Keith Urban guitar solos, Kip Moore songs that feel a little too personal, live concerts, and road trips with the windows down and the volume cranked.

I’m here to play the songs you love, keep country radio real, and remind you that great music sounds even better loud.

The most infectiously joyous of awards shows, the Tonys often feel like a summer camp reunion — make that a theater camp reunion — except with tuxedoes and gowns replacing the shorts and tees.
