Onstage at the CMC Rocks Festival in Queensland, Megan Moroney took part in an Australian tradition . . . by doing her very first SHOEY. She did it out of a fan’s boot, and while she took kind of a hesitant sip at first, she downed it on her second slug.

And at Lainey Wilson’s tour stop in Australia, she took up the challenge as well. She said, “I cannot believe I am drinking beer out of a boot. But I’m dang excited about it.”
And then before she chugged, Lainey yelled out, “Holler and Swaller!”
