The Biggest Country Music Stars to Never Win a Grammy

Beyoncé took down the biggest country prize last night at the Grammys.  What do you think about the Grammy process and the artists they choose to represent the country music world?

It seems like if country songs have ANY hint of pop in them, they’ll do well at the Grammys.  So, if you’re a big country star, like Morgan Wallen, and still haven’t won a Grammy . . . have no fear.

There are plenty of huge country artists that have never won a Grammy.  Here are a few:

1.  Dierks Bentley wins the award for the most country nominations with zero wins.  He’s been nominated 15 times.

2.  Martina McBride has been nominated 14 times and never won.  So “Independence Day” didn’t win a Grammy?  That’s hard to believe.

3.  Jamey Johnson has been nominated 10 times with no wins.

4.  Eric Church is also 0 for 10.

5.  Luke Combs was 0 for 8, until last night and now he is 0 for 9 after “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma” was passed over for Best Song Written for Visual Media.

6.  Blake Shelton has been nominated 8 times, with nothing to show for it.

7.  Toby Keith is 0 for 7.

8.  Kenny Chesney is 0 for 6.

9.  And Thomas Rhett and Jason Aldean are both 0 for 5.
