Police standoff in Londonderry ends safely

LONDONDERRY N.H.- Authorities dealt with tense moments Monday afternoon as Police responded to a report of a woman suffering from a mental health issue on Wilshire Drive.

According to Police the incident began in Manchester when Police blocked South Mammoth Road near Glacier Way before moving to Wilshire Drive in Londonderry.

Police however were able to resolve the incident after spending more than an hour negotiating with the woman.

The name of the person has not been released.
