AG: Hampton shooting suspect was an active member of the US Navy

HAMPTON, N.H.- The New Hampshire Attorney General’s office has released new details about the man who’s suspected of shooting two people early Sunday morning before taking his own life out of a standoff with Police.

According to investigators Tyshawn Cooper,21, was an active-duty member of the U.S. Navy living in New Hampshire., who was assigned to the USS Hampton, which is currently undergoing maintenance at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

As for Cooper’s exact motives for allegedly shooting the un-identified man and woman and then taking his own life after being cornered by police, remains under investigation.
