BEDFORD N.H.- The Bedford Police Department has posted a notice on their social media reminding parents that with Graduation almost here – it is important for parents to be aware of the laws regarding underage drinking.

In New Hampshire not only is supplying alcohol to minors illegal, but adults are also responsible for any underage drinking in their home.

According to State Law a person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if such person owns or has control of a home where a drug or underage alcohol house party is held.
