Elderly man arrested after allegedly vandalizing cars at Nashua dealership

NASHUA N.H.- Authorities say a Hudson man has been charged with vandalizing vehicles at an area dealership.

According to Police James French, 83, was arrested for allegedly scratching multiple vehicles at MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua following a dispute over a recent transaction.

According to Police, on Saturday officers responded to a report that a customer damaged several vehicles and once on scene were informed the man accused and identified as French was along-time customer who scratched two vehicles on the dealership’s lot.

Following his arrest Police say French is facing a Class B felony charge of criminal mischief.
