Homeless man from Nashua with Tuberculosis ordered to isolate


NASHUA, NH – A court this week has ordered Nearro Forbes, 41, of Nashua to immediately isolate until the Department of Health and Human Services determines he is no longer contagious.  Forbes has been living with active tuberculosis since July of last year.

If Forbes violates the court order it could lead to legal consequences.

The court order states that Forbes must remain at a fixed location for 30 days and notify the Nashua Health Department of his whereabouts.
