DERRY, NH – 53 year old Larry Niles Jr of Londonderry, who was struck in the breakdown lane on I-93 in Derry, NH on Tuesday (March 10th) has passed away in the hospital as a result of injuries suffered in that crash.
Larry Niles Jr was stopped in the breakdown lane when 22 year old Aiden McCarthy of Dracut, MA struck him from behind.
No charges have been filed at this time; however, all aspects of the crash remain under investigation.
