MANCHESTER, NH- A proposal to convert the former Durning Bykowski and Young Funeral home in Manchester and turn it into housing is scheduled to go before the city’s zoning board on Thursday

ATI Property, LLC, is seeking variances regarding plans to put nine housing units in 285 Manchester Street, site of the former Funeral Home.

According to the proposal, the project would maintain the existing building footprint, access and parking, “as well as the essential character of the neighborhood.”

Manchester’s ZBA meets this Thursday at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
