A Milford man was arrested after driving more than 100 miles per hour and leading troopers on a chase. State Police said just after midnight Friday, troopers tried to stop a vehicle for reckless operation and operating without functioning taillights on Interstate 93. The vehicle, driven by 18-year-old Tyler Neumann refused to stop and continued at speeds greater than 115 mph according to state police.
