Nearly 3 dozen commercial vehicles removed from New Hampshire roads during Operation Airbrake

WINDHAM, N.H. – Nearly 3 dozen commercial vehicles were taken off New Hampshire’s roads Tuesday after State Troopers determined their conditions posed an immediate danger to other drivers.

The effort by troopers was part of Operation Airbrake, a national brake safety enforcement initiative organized by the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance.

During the single day event, Troopers conducted 176 commercial vehicle inspections, primarily at the weigh station facilities on Interstate 93 in Windham and along Route 101 in Epping.
