One arrested; police searching for another in apartment building shooting

MANCHESTER, N.H.- Police have arrested a man for a shooting last month in which two bullets went through the wall of an Amherst Street apartment building and into a bedroom where children were sleeping.

Police said 24-year-old Justin Salinas was arrested and is facing several charges.

According to police, witnesses said a man had agreed to meet others in the area for a fight.

While he was walking to the meeting location, a vehicle pulled up, and two people got out and opened fire.
