MANCHESTER, N.H.- Pamela Smart will appear virtually for her upcoming court appearance in Concord on Monday.

Smart’s upcoming appearance is her latest attempt to have her murder conviction overturned.

Smart has been in prison for more than 30 years for the murder of her husband, Gregg Smart.

Her latest appeal claims jury bias after they received transcripts of audio tapes.
