TUFTONBORO, NH – The Tuftonboro Police Department and the New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit are investigating the untimely death of two adults over the weekend.
Saturday morning around 9:30 the Tuftonboro Police Department responded to a single-family summer residence on Governor Wentworth Highway in Tuftonboro. Outside of the home, they discovered the two deceased adult homeowners.
Although the investigation is in the early stages, Authorities are investigating the possibility that the deaths are likely the result of a murder/suicide.
The identity of the deceased has not been released.
