Ruais to be sworn in for second term as Manchester’s mayor

Jay Ruais will be sworn in for a second term as 49th mayor of the state’s largest city Tuesday at the Palace Theatre. The ceremony will include the administration of oaths of office, remarks from the mayor, and musical performances. Organizational meetings of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and the Board of School Committee will be held at City Hall immediately following the ceremony.
