GOFFSTOWN, N.H.- Members of the Goffstown capital improvements committee learned this week from the Goffstown Sewer Superintendent that a pump station on Moose Club Park Road is in need of electrical improvements.

An electrical engineer recently assessed the 30-year-old building with all of its original equipment and reported that all of the items inside the building are approximately 10 years past their respective lifespans.

Officials are proposing to upgrade all of the building’s electrical equipment, the pump controls and a standby generator at a cost of $300,000.
