Two arrested out of early morning shooting in Manchester

MANCHESTER, N.H.- Police charged two men in connection with an early morning shooting at a gas station on Union Street.

According to Police Jovan Elias,19, is facing more than half a dozen counts of attempted first-degree assault with a firearm, while Elijah Elias,18, has been charged with two counts of first-degree assault.

Police say the pair turned themselves in following an altercation and shooting just before 2 a.m. at the Brother’s Express gas station which reportedly began inside the gas station, which continued out in the parking lot which resulted in an unidentified 47-year-old man leaving the scene with a gunshot wound only to be stopped by police a short time later and taken to a hospital with life-threating injuries.

Following their arrest authorities have yet to release details as to when the pair will be arraigned.
