PORTSMOUTH, NH – Two of the most dangerous animals in the world can be found in New Hampshire.
Although New Hampshire might not seem like an area for the most dangerous animals, the BBC’s Science Focus Magazine noted that mosquitos and snakes are two of the most dangerous animals in the world – and both can be found in New Hampshire.
Although there are many kinds of mosquitos in New Hampshire, over 40, according to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, only a small number carry and spread Eastern equine encephalitis and West Nile Virus.
