Woman arrested after a shooting incident in New Hampton

NEW HAMPTON N.H.- Authorities say Vanessa Cooke-Case, 50 is facing multiple charges, including reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

Cooke-Case was arrested Saturday after New Hampshire State Troopers responded to a report at 343 Winona Road for reports that a female was shooting a firearm into the air.

Troopers quickly responded, took Cooke-Case into custody, and secured the area.

Cooke-Case is being held on preventative detention at the Belknap County jail
