New Hampshire Nurse Wins New Car on Game show

A Manchester nurse who has spent more than two decades helping bring new life into the world just had a once-in-a-lifetime moment of her own on national television.

Amy, a Labor & Delivery nurse at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, recently won a brand-new 2025 Mazda3 while appearing on the long-running game show The Price Is Right. Amy has been part of the CMC team for more than 20 years, caring for families during some of their most important moments. A longtime fan of the show, Amy attended a taping while visiting family in California. Like so many fans who dream about being called from the audience, Amy heard the words everyone hopes for: “Come on down!” She shared the experience with one of her children, making the moment even more special. Amy wore a shirt that read “NH Labor and Delivery Nurse,” while her son proudly wore one that said, “Her Greatest Delivery.” When the episode eventually aired, Amy’s coworkers at CMC’s Mom’s Place gathered together to watch and celebrate. The watch party quickly turned into a huge moment of excitement when Amy won not just one prize, but two — a set of drums and a brand-new car. After more than 20 years dedicated to caring for patients and supporting families through life’s most meaningful moments, Amy says the relationships she’s built across departments and the supportive culture at Catholic Medical Center are what she values most about her career. Now she also has a pretty unforgettable game show story and a new car to go along with it.

Congratulations to Amy for representing Catholic Medical Center and Manchester on national television.
